Welcome to Houston Youth Track & Field. A local resource for youth athletics events. This includes indoor and outdoor track & field, cross country, road races, and race walking events. We primarily focus on events within a 50-mile radius of downtown Houston, Texas. However, we will include youth national events and other events submitted for review.
2023 H-Town Hurricanes Relays by H-Town Hurricanes Youth Track Club. It is a Houston area youth track and field competition. The event will take place on April 15, 2023, at Clear Brook High School in Friendswood, Texas.

Fees: pay online with a Credit Card for $12.00/athlete Entry
Spectator Tickets: $10.00/person
The 2023 H-Town Hurricanes Relays is open to youth 18 and under. Offering youth track and field events in the sprints, distance, and hurdle races. As well as throwing and jumping events. Hosted by H-Town Hurricanes Youth Track Club. The team offers youth track and field in Houston and Surrounding Areas. They serve athletes aged from 6-18
All participants must have a current AAU membership. Thus, AAU membership is not included as part of the entry fee to the event. Also, AAU Youth Athlete membership must be obtained before the competition begins. Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant. You may not apply for membership at the event. Please allow 10 days for membership processing. Visit the AAU website to get a membership.
Houston Youth Track & Field is published by Impress Athletix. It provides a listing of athletics meets. Thus, we list youth track & field, cross country, and running events. Events are located within roughly 60 miles of downtown Houston. Also, you can submit your track meet to the calendar here. Track and field is the most participated sport in high school. Youth track and field clubs offer development opportunities. Enabling youth to develop their knowledge and skill in middle and high school. There are three national organizations in your track and field. They are USA Track & Field (USATF), Amateur Athletic Union, and National Congress of State Games. USATF is the national sports organizing body. USATF and AAU hold annual Junior Olympic competitions. While the State Games of America take place every other year.
