About Houston Youth Track and FieldHouston Youth Track & Field is published by Impress Athletix. It provides a listing of youth track & field, cross country and running events within roughly 60 miles of downtown Houston. You can submit your track meet to the calendar here. Track and field is the most participated sport in high school. Youth track and field clubs offer development opportunities to youth enabling their knowledge and skill in middle and high school. There are three national organizations in you track and field — USA Track & Field (USATF),  Amateur Athletic Union and National Congress of State Games. USATF is the sports national organizing body. USATF and AAU hold annual Junior Olympic competitions, while the State Games of America take place biannually.
