AGE: 6- 18 (age as of 12/31/19)

- 2000M Run – 8 & Under Girls and Boys
- 4000M Run – 13 & 14 Girls and Boys
- 3000M Run – 9 & 10 Girls and Boys
- 5000M Run – 15 & 16 Girls & Boys
- 3000M Run – 11 & 12 Girls and Boys
- 5000M Run – 17 & 18 Girls and Boys
MEDALS OR RIBBONS WILL BE AWARDED TO ALL COMPETING RUNNERS!!
All athletes that complete the course fairly will be qualified to compete in the AAU Cross Country Nationals in Tennessee ON December 7th.
Directions: (From Downtown or points North and West.) Take Hwy 59 South toward Sugar Land. Take the University Blvd Exit and turn left. Stay on University Blvd to Sugar Land Memorial Park entrance (approx. 3/4 mile). Turn right into park. Upon entering park turn right to locate the park pavilion and AAU Cross Country course.
GENERAL REFRESHMENTS AND CONCESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE!!
ATHLETE MEET ENTRY MUST BE COMPLETED ON WWW.COACHO BY

• This event is LICENSED by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.
• All participants must have a current AAU membership.
• AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event.
• AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the event operator has a laptop available with an internet connection.
• BE PREPARED: Adult and Non-Athlete memberships are no longer instant and cannot be applied for at the event. Please allow up to 10 days for membership to be processed.
• Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU web site www.aausports.org to obtain their membership
