The 2023 Young Stars Track and Field Meet is a Houston area youth track and field competition. The event will occur on March 11, 2023, at Klein Forest High School in Klein, Texas. An open all-comers event.

The 2023 Young Stars Track and Field Meet is open to youth 10 and under. Offering youth track and field events in the sprints, and mid-distance races. As well as throwing and jumping events. Hosted by Top Flight Youth Track Club offering youth track in the Houston area for athletes 18 and under.
This event is an open meet. No membership is required. Track events include the 50m dash, 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash, and 800m run. Field events include the long jump, turbo javelin, and shot put.

Events are located within roughly 60 miles of downtown Houston. You can submit your track meet to the calendar here. Track and field is the most participated sport in high school. Youth track and field clubs offer development opportunities. Enabling youth to develop their knowledge and skill in middle and high school. There are three national organizations in your track and field. They are USA Track & Field (USATF), Amateur Athletic Union, and National Congress of State Games. USATF is the national sports organizing body. USATF and AAU hold annual Junior Olympic competitions. While the State Games of America take place bi-annually.
