2nd Annual Katy Express Youth Track and Field Meet. It is a Houston area youth track and field competition. The event will take place on April 22, 2023, at Morton Ranch High School in Katy, Texas.

The 2nd annual Katy Express Youth Track and Field Meet is open to youth 18 and under. Offering youth track events in the sprints, relays, racewalk, and distance races. As well as throwing and jumping events. Hosted by Katy Express Track Club. A youth club offering youth track and field in the Houston area for athletes 18 and under.
This event is an USATF-sanctioned meet. USATF membership may be required. Track events include the 3000m run, 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash, 1500M Racewalk, 1500m Run, and 800m run. As well as 4 x 100 and 4 x 400-meter relays. Field events include the long jump, turbo javelin, aero javelin, discus, and shot put.

Houston Youth Track & Field is published by Impress Athletix. It provides a listing of athletics meets. We list youth track & field, cross country, and running events. Events are located within roughly 60 miles of downtown Houston. You can submit your track meet to the calendar here. Track and field is the most participated sport in high school. Youth track and field clubs offer development opportunities. Enabling youth to develop their knowledge and skill in middle and high school. There are three national organizations in your track and field. They are USA Track & Field (USATF), Amateur Athletic Union, and National Congress of State Games. USATF is the sports national organizing body. USATF and AAU hold annual Junior Olympic competitions. While the State Games of America take place every other year.
